OTR Yoga is a women-owned fair-trade community of teachers, where instead of a set hourly rate salary, the teachers get paid a percentage of the revenue per class. So what you pay, the majority goes to the teacher, who lead your class.
E-RYT® 200 + RPYT® + CBE
Veronika has been practicing yoga for over a decade and actively sharing her teachings since 2017. Veronika completed her primary training in India in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. In recent years she undertook additional training in Yin Yoga, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga during her first pregnancy.
Veronika also offers private yoga classes (Vinyasa, Yin, Power and Yoga Theraphy but also Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
SWEAT & RESET YOGA CLASS
A 45 min. of power yoga followed by a 15 min. guided meditation. This class is designed to practice presence with yourself by zooming into the body, then into the mind.
Leanna started practicing yoga for mental health reasons, as a way to calm down in a healthy, productive way. She quickly fell in love with the mental, physical, and spiritual teachings and received her 200-hr RYT in 2021 with Hawaii School of Yoga. Through yoga, she has dedicated her life's work to bringing the message of self-awareness to others and resurrecting the goddess within each woman.
FLOW & RESTORE YOGA CLASS
Gentle flow class of vinyasa and yin yoga. Tender and loving on the body while also nurturing strength, flexibility, and balance.
Heidi is a native of Arizona and a practicing psychologist. She is a 200-hour RYT and Yoga Alliance member and is currently working on her 500-hour certification. Her love of yoga began with her desire to include bodywork in her psychology practice as a trauma therapist. She strongly believes in the power of the mind-body connection and uses yoga philosophy in her own emotional health regimen. Heidi enjoys incorporating mental health topics into yoga practice by including elements of mindfulness, self-compassion, emotion regulation, self-love, and self-acceptance into her classes. She is the author of the highly rated book, The Path to Self-Love and World Domination.
