Testimonials from mamas

Kara's experience

I really enjoyed the course and loved the print outs, they helped me prepare for my labor and delivery. I found the course material to be very helpful in preparing for labor, and I loved the yoga! I was really far along when I joined but it helped out a lot with all the tightness in my body. I noticed positive changes/ benefits (mental/ physical) during my pregnancy, although there were days that I did not want to do it, but showed up anyways and felt so much better after. I found the reathing and surrendering to the contractions helpful during labor and the birth of my baby. I really enjoyed Veronika and her energy. I could feel that she really cared about my experience and was eager to help. That means a lot.

Maya's experience

"I just entered my third trimester of pregnancy. I was exhausted, achey, and feeling disconnected from the whole pregnancy experience. I was having some angst and needed to get in touch with myself and my baby. Pregnancy during the pandemic made finding in-person classes difficult. I was ecstatic to discover Veronika’s prenatal yoga class. And I loved that she was also pregnant at the time, which made feel more comfortable being in the presence of another momma, who understood what I was going through.

Veronika’s classes helped me tremendously open my hips, relax my back, and breathe positive energy into my womb. I felt at peace, connected to my baby, and ready to take on the new adventure of motherhood. With so many unknowns of the birthing process and fourth trimester, Veronika truly helped me mentally and emotionally prepare through taking her classes. I cannot thank her enough!"
