Veronika will lead you through your yoga (healing) journey. Veronika has been practicing yoga for over a decade and actively sharing her teachings since 2017. Veronika completed her primary training in India in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. In recent years she undertook additional training in Yin Yoga, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga during her first pregnancy. Veronika has worked with many mamas to be and is currently completing her Child Birth Educator certification. Veronika has a background in teaching students with scoliosis and dysautonomia.

Pregnancy Yoga
Designed to build strength and stamina with non-traditional poses, to maintain your fitness and muscle tone through the pregnancy. Learning to open and create space for your growing baby, and improve your postural awareness.
Focusing on releasing aches and pains of pregnancy, making you feel as comfortable as possible in your new changing body, through gentle movements, seated stretches and restorative poses. Enjoy meditations, relaxing pranayama, sound work as the focus of the classes is directed inwards in preparation for birth.
