10 Minute Vegan Raw Dark Chocolate (R + V + GF)

Updated: Jul 25, 2021

Chocolate warms the heart and abdomen while improving your mood and even lifting depression. Chocolate is an aphrodisiac (especially for us women for whom chocolate may be addictive) and the caffeine in chocolate stimulates brain.

I say think raw, organic, fair-trade, GMO-free and the higher cocoa content the better! So the best is to make it yourself at home in less than 10 minutes! I used all organic a raw ingredients to treat myself to something that is beneficial to both – my body and the mind without having to compromise the ever so addictive chocolatey taste.

Chia Pudding with Sweet Apple

LET's DO THIS:

Melt the cocoa butter, coconut oil, maple syrup in a water bath. Once melted sieve in the cocoa, algarroba and lucuma powder and stir continuously until creamily smooth. Now it would be a good time to add any optional flavours, I used cinnamon.

Pour into prepared form (silicone tray or any tray lined with baking paper. Leave it sit for 20 - 30 minutes at a room temperature then top with any toppings of your choice to make it look all nice and pretty and taste even better!

Then place the tray into a freezer for 30 minutes or into the fridge for at least 60 minutes or until hardened. I like to leave mine in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!.
