Nutty Breakfast Treats (VG + GF)

Quite a lot of people tends to skip breakfast or grabbing something unhealthy just to silent the hunger. But what about the nutrients? The vitamins? The minerals? These are all important in maintaining a healthy life.
Nuts are a great source of the "good" fats — both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated that can help lower the bad cholesterol (LDL). They also contain omega-3 fatty acids that benefit your heart, and fiber, which too helps lower your cholesterol and makes you feel fuller for longer.
Here are some ideas:

GRANOLA BERRY BOWL
Handful of unsweetened granola
Strawberries
Coconut or Soy yogurt
Almond flakes
Nut butter of your choice (I used purenuts)
