Quite a lot of people tends to skip breakfast or grabbing something unhealthy just to silent the hunger. But what about the nutrients? The vitamins? The minerals? These are all important in maintaining a healthy life.
Personally, breakfast is my most favourite meal of the day! Before bed I normally find myself wondering what I am going to have for breakfast the next day. I simply LOVE breakfast. With my breakfast I try to be quite creative - changing the favours, the colours, the types of nutrients the food offers to secure I get all that I'd ever need for a fresh start for the day.

BRAN FLAKES BOWL
Handful of organic bran flakes
1 tsp Sunflower seed butter
1 Square Vegan dark chocolate
Plain Soya Yogurt
Chia pudding (overnight water-soaked chia seeds)
