Going back to the old "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" and oh my am I a huge believer of that! I absolutely LOVE breakfast and it is definitely my favourite meal of the day. Having not only a pretty looking but a nutrition dense breakfast will set you up for the day mentally but also physically, providing you with plenty of energy for the day ahead!
Spinach along with kale is proven to be great for radiation protection. Dark-green, leafy vegetables are THE #healthiest foods on the planet. They offer the most nutrition per calorie.
Makes 2 servings
Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp raw hemp protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
lots of spinach
1/2 cup of coconut milk
Oats / muesli
Fresh berries of your choice
LET's DO THIS:
Throw the banana, raw hemp protein powder, peanut butter, spinach, 1/2 avocado, coconut milk and dates into a blender, and blend until it forms a nice thick mixture and enquire a pretty green colour. Pour the smoothie blend into your bowls (I used coconut bowls) and top - decorate which whatever you fancy for extra nutrition boost!
